  • Your warm season lawn is saying “Hot weather at last!” Bermuda, Zoysia, and Centipedegrass love sun and heat, and this month we are getting plenty of it. We need to give your warm season turf the nutrients it needs to thrive at this time of year, and it is using a lot of nitrogen, so we are giving it another round of granular slow release bio fertilizer with Fe. Please make sure that your lawn is getting 1″ of water per week. Thanks!

December

  • Lime Application
  • December is the perfect time to apply lime, because it takes a few months for the lime to work it’s way into the soil profile. The winter freeze-thaw cycle greatly helps this process.
  • Soil needs lime in order to make the nutrients that we apply to your lawn during the season readily available to the individual turf plants.

2017 Pricing

Each monthly treatment is billed at $45 for the first 3000 square feet of actual turf and $10 for each additional 1000 square foot of turf.

We use GIS or personal inspection to measure your lawn. Simply send an email and we can have a quote to you the same day. If necessary we will come out and give you our professional recommendations at your convenience.
